WS Northern California initiates a series of Webinars
The webinar is open to all interested Wagnerians who may contact President Terri Stuart for a link to register stuart.terri@gmail.com .
Desirée Mays will present the webinar: The Wagner Dynasty and Changing Dynasties in Bayreuth
In the coming months the Wagner Society will be presenting webinars with the speakers who were scheduled to speak for the Society in a Symposium to celebrate the San Francisco Symphony's performances of Flying Dutchman and a local opera company's production of Das Liebesverbot, by Pocket Opera. Both presentations are now cancelled.
We will endeavor to continue webinars through the summer and into the Fall. We plan to conclude the year with our traditional Cosima Wagner Birthday Celebration in December. The format will depend upon public health directives, however, we will have, at minimum, recital of Wagner piano transcriptions.
