Wagner Festival in Sofia, July, 2023
The National Opera in Sofia has been performing Wagner's most important works since 2010 with Generaldirektor Prof. Plamen Kartaloff as Director, The Ring, Tristan and Isolde and Parsifal. In July there will be an attractive Wagner Festival in Sofia.
From 8th to 13th July there will be a new production of the Ring with Plamen Kartaloff as director, stage designer Hans Kudlich from Austria. From 23rd to 30th July Tristan und Isolde, Parsifal and Der fliegende Holländer.
All works will be staged in a style close to Wagner's own intentions and statements.
