Travel package announced for Singapore Fliegende Holländer
The Wagner Society of Singapore in co-operation with Citystate Travel present a package tour for RWVI Society members wishing to attend the historic first performance of a Wagner opera in Singapore.
The tour includes:
The dates of the tour would be either 21 - 26 October, or 21 - 29 October (with the extension option).

The international cast comprising winners / finalists from the international singing competition will sing four performances (23, 25, 28, 30 Oct) while a Singapore-Asian cast will sing one performance on 27 Oct. The creative team - conductor, two co-directors, scenery and costume designers, chorus master & chorus, Mary and the Steersman are all Singaporean.
The premiere on 23 October will be graced by Mrs Eva Wagner- Pasquier as Guest of Honour and by the RWVI President Mr Horst Eggers.
Members are encouraged to join The Richard Wagner Association (Singapore) in celebrating the historic occasion of the first Wagner opera to be performed in this vibrant and rapidly developing city, one of Asia's most fascinating locations.

- 5 nights accommodation in a choice of luxury hotels including breakfast
- 6 days in Singapore with the option to extend by 3 days to include a further cruise to Malaysia
- tickets to the gala performance of Der fliegende Holländer on October 23 at the Victoria Theatre, and to the VIP post-performance party
- 2 full day tours in Singapore to places of local interest with the services of an English, German or French speaking guide
- airport and theatre transfers
